This walk starts near the Church of Nossa Senhora da Conceição, Lombada da Fazenda parish. It’s a very nice walk on the far northeast of São Miguel Island with extraordinary landscapes.

Along the path the beautiful nature blends with the work of the man, combining into a perfect harmony. The vast pastures fill the eyes of the hikers, painting the landscape in shades of vivid green.

On this trail you will also find a camp site and a Ribeira do Guilherme, where you can visit some old water mills and a fountain from 1982.

Follow the path to the Nordeste and discover the culture and traditions of this small village.

Return to the trail and continue the path indicated by crossing a small stream until you reach Parque de Endémicas do Pelado, where there is a great viewpoint over the coast. Take the opportunity to relax a bit and make a small picnic to regain strength.
