This trail starts and ends at Faial da Terra and it will guide you to Salto do Prego, crossing a lovely path, full of green from its luxuriant vegetation.

In spite being a short walk, it is of intermediate difficulty because there are some slopes and the path can be slippery at times.

Along the way you will find several species of flora and fauna typical from this region, of which stands out the bush of incense and acacia.

At Salto do Prego you will find a magnificent and imposing waterfall falling on a beautiful lagoon. Stay a while and enjoy the beauty of this place.

On the way back, the path will guide you to an area called Sanguinho, where there is a set of old and abandoned houses that are in the process of recovery. One more reason to come back to this trail!
